- Process Oriented Management (i.e. involvement of all people, simplification of all flows and implementation of structured methods.)
- Executing the Autonomous Management Master plan implementation for the site.
- Utilizing practical tools to drive improvements (problem solving groups, root cause analysis, work instructions, 5S, etc.)
- Establishing a continuous improvement roll-out timeline for their area of focus that is aligned with the goals of the organization.
- Creating a structured training and implementation plan through the use of outside experts.
- Tailoring the continuous improvement methodologies to the teams.
- Initiating Problem Solving Groups when necessary

- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including internships
- Ability to influence production unit, support staff and others
- Ability and willingness to initiate continuous improvement practices and trainings, i.e. lean, 5S, WCM, TPM, Six Sigma
- Ability to establish and maintain trust of the supervisory group and hourly associates
- Ability to develop working relationships with engineering, quality and corporate
