THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
This role will provide you with the ability to supervise anywhere between 15 to 25 employees on your shift. You will be responsible for ensuring that production continues to run, focusing on the packaging side of the production lines. There are additional responsibilities to ensure that the production numbers for your shift meet or exceeds efficiency and company quality standards as established by the company.

Ideally, you will be flexible and willing to work 2
shift (3PM - done) and in a rural setting.
Prefer that you possess previous supervisory/management experience with the ability to lead and direct others.
Hands-on experience with multi-line production operations, ideally in a dairy manufacturing environment or an industry that has diversified packaging requirements.
Previous background in developing employees regarding skills, abilities, and talents to maximize their value.
Hopefully, you have experience with SQF and possess the ability to help educate and work with employees to increase their commitment to the SQF policies and programs in place.
