They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who has experience working in a chemical manufacturing company and someone who loves keeping customers happy.

What you can bring to this growing company:
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience working in a chemical manufacturing facility.
  • Experience working with customers via phone, e-mail, and fax to enter very detail oriented orders into the computer system.
  • Ability to coordinated the customer orders with manufacturing to ensure appropriate inventory and on time delivery.
  • Work with logistics to ensure the shipment arrives to the customer as scheduled.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to customers concerning new orders, shipments, returns and other issues as needed.
  • Ability to work internal customers, as well as external customers to answer questions and give proper feedback.
  • Monitor shipments in hold pattern for release and inform customers of ship date.
  • RMA approvals, credit memos and price overrides as necessary.
  • Solve price issues with sales and commercial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • Sugar CRM
