This nutritional supplement company was established in 2006, and is poised for a strong growth curve. They are in the process of establishing a larger manufacturing facility in the Brick NJ area and are in need of a National Sales Manager. Over the past 10 years they have been selling their products via private labeling to the physician & medical marketplace, and are now ready to take their product direct to the consumer (DTC). The person hired
sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or nutritional supplement business. Responsibilities include:
National sales responsibility.
Develop and implement sales plans.
Develop and drive sales through manufacturer's reps, training, key accounts, trade shows, and licensing deals.
Identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning.
The person hired will have the following:
BS or MBA degree in business with a minimum of 4 years successful sales management experience
Sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or nutritional supplement business
Metric of success for direct sales.
Strong sense of urgency.
The company is small, there is excellent growth opportunity, and the position has the potential of strong financial success with the stock options that will be offered.
