Management Business Solutions is seeking to hire a Retail Assistant Store Manager in the following areas: Batesville, IN, Onawa, IA, and Sister Bay, WI. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the store to meet all operational and merchandising objectives. This individual will also train team members on company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
Ensure store meets all operational and merchandising goals.
Assist store manager in leading the team.
Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies.
Drive and analyze store sales utilizing strong planning and organization skills.
Provide operational management experience.
Coach and build teammate relationships in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Direct and motivate a team of diverse employees.
Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
4 year college degree OR equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a retail environment required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regularly changing environment.
Available to work early mornings, days, nights, and weekends to meet store needs.
