They continue to drive innovation and have dedicated large investments into their R&D center which allows for continued growth and cutting edge technology. They have over 50 locations throughout the US and producing more than 800 million in sales. The industry is small and being able to be niched in their process capabilities has allowed them to drive their competitive advantage and now they are growing tremendously and putting strategic new business development professionals in place to continue this growth. This position is open 100% due to growth for the company.

Your role within the organization will be to be the main point of contact for one of their largest customers for packaging needs on the health and beauty side of the business. This could be potentially any products throughout the company’s portfolio, so need someone who truly knows the market and has proven success in client development and building customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, meet or exceed account objectives, and add value to customer through product creativity, service, and strong relationships. We need a strong leader capable of growing quickly and taking on global responsibilities with this company.
To be successful in this role:
5 years or more in packaging – blow molding, injection molding, labels, etc. Will also consider relevant markets in the food, or other CPG markets.
Degree preferred, with a proven hunter mentality but will consider relevant experience.
Proven success in developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts by knowing the process and offering solutions.
Highly motivated, independent and self-sufficient leader that can be detail orientated to get the job done and take care of the customer.
Position can be performed from a remote location and does not require relocation, provided the individual resides in the Southern California area preferably.
