Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Staten Island, NY
Required education: Associate degree or higher
Required experience: 2+ years of Selling decorative plumbing, fixtures or tile
 
Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Assisting showroom customers with reliable information regarding product specifications & pricing
  • Assessing customer needs and guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale
  • Entering Sales Orders
  • Arrange shipping
  • Maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly required sales and profit targets
  • Advising contractors, designers and trade professionals as needed
  • Write quotes and orders in a well-organized manner
Requirements:
  • 3+ year’s plumbing sales (bathroom furniture and equipment)
  • Strong knowledge of leading brands
  • General computer skills
  • Previous experience with web based order entry and processing systems
OR
  • 3+ years residential and commercial tile sales
  • Strong knowledge of trending tile and stone materials
  • Ability to estimate/calculate amount of materials to complete projects
