Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer
Title: Territory Sales Manager – Dealer/Distributor Channel
Territory: All of Texas except DS/FW and the Panhandle.
Prefer candidate live in the Houston Metro Area
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Background and experience:
• 7+ years successful track record of business development in building products (cabinetry preferred but not required)
• Well versed in the dealer/distributor/remodeler channels
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent closer
• Works well with decision makers reviewing and discussing dealer’s metrics and commitments.
• Enjoys assisting and discussing the key business metrics with key managers and owners
• Understands kitchen design, speaks “kitchen designer speak” and can onboard new designers using the 20/20 software
• Consummate problem solver, offering business solutions to dealer customers
• Road warrior, traveling 50% of the time with overnights.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent presentation skills in front of decision makers
