This role will provide assistance to the current Controller in a fast track position to full Plant responsibility.

General Responsibilities:
- Monthly Close & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Budget Preparation, Financial Analysis, Forecasting & Reporting
-  Internal Controls & Compliance (including SOX compliance)
- Operational Audits

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-  Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
-  A minimum of three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment involving cost accounting, inventory control, and reporting/analysis
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- CPA or related professional certification
- Knowledge of SAP Financial modules desired
