Qualifications:
4 year engineering degree (EE, ME, IE)
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
Experience with rotating, high speed, precision and/or web based equipment preferred
Industry experience from paper manufacturing, nonwovens or tool and die is helpful
